Card Combat Cove is a collectable card game in VRCHAT created by Obsidian Locust. The game can be played against other people or NPCs and currently has more than 80 different cards to collect.

To start playing join the world and touch the vase, you will be teleported to the cove. Before entering the portal to the dungeon you'll be prompted to select your starting deck, and in the first room, the one with the big player, you'll be able to play the tutorial of the game by Obsidian.

If there is nobody ready to play or you are trying the game alone, just go on the first room on the left and select the free tribute boss from the board behind the goblin NPC. You can start a match just by grabbing one of the wands from the floating tables. You will have 5 turns to place cards on the battlefield alternating with your opponent after witch the deployed cards will start to fight. The one who wins the best of 3 rounds of combat will be declared the victor and gain 50 gold, but even if you lose you will receive 25 gold. After having played 5 games you will level up, and as a reward you receive bonus gold that you will be able to gather at the deckbuilding tables. Once you have enough gold go to the merchant to acquire new cards. Exploring, doing quests and participating in events will reward you additional cards and gold. Improve your deck by editing your card and spell selection at the tables with the crystal cube.
